I absolutely love this journal! Each devotion is beautifully written with words you can relate to with a journal entry question and Joy Box entry. The words intentionally make you think about all the joyful things around you. The front of the journal even comes with a joy box of your own. The back includes note pads to make your joyful entry into the Joy Box. I intend on purchasing more of these as birthday and Christmas gifts.

The intimate nature of the stories prompted me to seek out circumstances in my life for which I could be grateful. I love the little box and notes that I can use to reflect on what brings me joy each day. I bought one for myself and one for each of my daughters. We share what has touched us about the stories. Life gets busy. This book is a great reminder of the joy that’s in our lives if we just take the time to look, with space to write your own memory down. Each day also includes a bible verse that reminds us of God’s promises to us. I sent one to my sister. She’ll get it tomorrow. This journal is so refreshing! It comes with a cute little box to write joy moments on. The journal has a short read on one page and asks you to reflect on the following page and write a joy note... My nine year old daughter loves hers and works on it at home and when we are on the go. I love opening my book and taking the time to focus and reflect on ways to see joy and share it with others.

I love this journal! So much so that I bought several as gifts. This gorgeous book is packed with lots of fun extras... at the end of each reading are two prompts. The first has you write your own thoughts...and the second prompt has you write little reminders of joy on cute little notepads.... Then...tuck the notes into the little... box that is included... Highly recommend!
