It’s November. The air is cool and crisp. The leaves on the trees are changing colors and falling. Time to rake the leaves. It is also the time to give thanks.
When we give thanks, we are expressing gratitude or showing appreciation to someone.
Gratitude is priceless and it adds value to each day.
When life gets hard or you have had a tough day if we take some time to stop, think, and reflect on gratitude. It will change our perspective.
What are your grateful for?
For the next 30 days select a different letter of the alphabet each day to use in this gratitude exercise. For example, I choose the letter, “G.” Write down every word you can think of during the day that starts with the letter, “G.” At the end of the day look at all the words and thank God for each of these items and how they bring joy to your life.
